LogDrop is a cloud-based software service (SaaS). Since the service is delivered digitally, there is no physical shipping or delivery process for subscriptions purchased through our website. Upon successful completion of your payment, your subscription is activated instantly, and you can start using the service by logging into your account dashboard. Activation details and invoice information will be sent to your registered email address.
LogDrop is a cloud-based subscription service. Subscriptions may be monthly, annual, or other periods. Features, usage limits, retention, user limits, and fees are described on the checkout page.
Payments are collected through third-party providers. LogDrop does not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless stated otherwise. If payment fails, LogDrop may: send a notice, restrict access, suspend the account, or cancel the subscription.
You may cancel through: dashboard settings, email to info@initialcode.io, or the method specified in your enterprise agreement. Cancellation does not terminate access for the current billing period.
As a digital SaaS service, subscriptions are generally non-refundable after access has been provided. Exceptions may include:
No partial refunds are issued for used periods. Downgrades take effect at the beginning of the next billing period. Upgrades may be applied immediately.
